These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) including those additional terms set out below together with any documents, policies, or terms they incorporate by reference, as may be amended from time to time, (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) are entered into by and between you and Mavuus Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada (hereinafter referred to variously as “Mavuus”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”). For purposes of these Terms, “You” and “Your” includes, individually and collectively, any individual the user or the user’s entity or organization permits to visit, view, use, or access the applications, websites, content, products, and services (individually and collectively the “Services”, as further defined below) made available for use by Mavuus. “Members” will be referred to mean entirety of users of Our Services, including You. 

These Terms of Use expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with You and Mavuus. Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to You in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services.

You acknowledge and agree that by visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the Services, that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, irrespective of whether You are a guest or a registered user of the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. MAVUUS’ ALLOWANCE OF YOUR USE AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE.
