To access the Services, You may be asked to provide certain information to help Us create and maintain a Mavuus account for You. As such, it is a condition of Your use of the Services that all information You provide is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information You provide is governed by Our Privacy Policy and You consent to all actions We take with respect to Your information consistent with Our Privacy Policy.

Except as expressly provided herein, You may not transfer Your account to any other person and You may not use anyone else’s account at any time. In cases where You have nevertheless authorized or registered another person to use the Services, or where You have acted negligently in safeguarding Your account as set forth above, You agree that You are fully responsible for (i) the acts and omissions of such person accessing the Services via Your account, (ii) controlling the person’s access to and use of the Services, and (iii) the consequences of any use or misuse by such person(s).

The Services constitute a technology platform that enables You to use Mavuus’ mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services on to search and connect with Members and to post and find jobs via Our platform and search for talent or service providers.  We will use the information and data provided by You and other Members to recommend connections, contents, and features that are relevant to You. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAVUUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS, THEIR AGENTS AND THEIR AFFILIATES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAVUUS DOES NOT GUARANTEE REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ITS MEMBERS, THEIR AGENTS AND THEIR AFFILIATES.

We reserve the right to monitor Your use of the Services and to suspend, revoke, deny, disable, or terminate Your access if You violate any of the terms of this agreement, or any laws or statutes governing the Province of Ontario or Canada, or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Mavuus may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to You, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.

The Services may be made available or accessed in connection with third party services and content (including advertising) that Mavuus does not control. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to Your use of such third-party services and content. Mavuus does not endorse such third-party services and content and in no event, shall Mavuus be responsible or liable for any products or services of such third-party providers. Additionally, Apple Inc., Google, Inc., Microsoft Corporation or BlackBerry Limited and/or their applicable international subsidiaries and affiliates will be third-party beneficiaries to this contract if You access the Services using Applications developed for Apple iOS, Android, or Microsoft Windows devices, respectively. These third-party beneficiaries are not parties to this contract and are not responsible for the provision or support of the Services in any manner. Your access to the Services using these devices is subject to terms set forth in the applicable third-party beneficiary’s terms of service.

By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you e-mail or text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving e-mail or text (SMS) messages from Mavuus at any time by emailing Mavuus and requesting to opt-out. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving e-mail or text (SMS) messages may impact your use of the Services.
